marketing team should get paid well
sizing…takes forever to figure out size and fit
exchange…not an easy process and that’s how you’re supposed to figure out fit and sizes
product…doesn’t reflect pictures
exchanges again….you’ll think you made an exchange and then a few months later you’ll find a bogus charge on your card bc they will have “not received” exchanged items
customer service…i know covid happened two years ago but their customer service is impossible to get a hold of
save your money

. I'm scared to order from online, especially with bathinsuit bottoms. Do they usually run big or small? Is the product worth the money?
Don't buy from them. They will scam money out of your account every month for no reason.

I ordered something that did not fit, returned it in brand-new condition, and they are so far refusing to refund my money and even charging me an extra $25.95 in addition to the purchase price for the return.

I just unsubscribe from adore me today I been there customer over 2 years. I always ordered stuff and never did really pay attention when I will get my items but this year December 1 I placed in my order and today is December 17 I havent recd it and Im going out of town on December 12 I emailed them asking plzzz do overnight shipping at least one of the items but nope they ignored my request I even called them they said Roy was gonna call me back and he never did and prior to this they send me my set with the bra missing! Basically Im very disappointed. Not a good quality

The straps are elastic and are not comfortable. The cups stick out on the sides.

How can I have just placed an order on 2/13/16 and the tracking number I was given says delivered 12/7/15 and to a completely different state
I'm experiencing the same thing! The woman I spoke with said she'd have her supervisors look into it. Still waiting to hear back. Hopefully my items actually arrive. Ugh.

Same thing here. I placed my order on 2-13-16. My tracking # shows its out for delivery on 12-9-15 in Kyle, Texas. I live in Wyoming.

I am also having the problem they said that the tracking numbers are reused and it could have not been processed yet... Mine says it was delivered on 12-09-15 to AZ

They come exactly like this with your shipping label on the bottom, this arrived today and I'm pretty disappointed TBH. Nothing compared to the way Lounge Underwear send their products

The boxes come in different colors, black, grey, pink, etc. But they all only ever say Adore Me, nothing to give even a clue what's inside unless you know what the company sells.
